WILL YOU LEARN A SONG FOR OUR FIRST DANCE?

Yes! We Just ask that you give us plenty of notice.

CAN YOU HELP US FIGURE OUT HOW TO STRUCTURE MUSIC INTO OUR DAY?

Absolutely - we will help you tailor the music for your day to be exactly the way you want it. As professional musicians we know how to pick the right songs, engage an audience and 'read the room', ensuring everyone has a memorable time.

IS THE SET LIST ADJUSTABLE TO OUR PREFERENCES?

Our repertoire includes a diverse range of songs with different styles and tempos and is sure to include bangers that everyone will enjoy. If you do wish to request songs, however, we have a maximum cap of 5 songs and require at least 2 weeks’ notice.

WILL WE NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR THE BAND?

The basics that we require are an electrical supply and an undercover playing space in case of inclement weather. Other than that, we will supply all the equipment we need to make your day awesome.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF SETS I NEED TO BOOK?

If it's on our price list, you can book it!

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a $500 or 20% deposit (whichever is greater) to secure your booking, with full payment due 28 days prior to the performance.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Bookings can be refunded as follows:

  • 28 days prior - full refund

  • 1 week prior - 50% refund

  • Less than 1 week prior - no refund

For date changes, we are able to accommodate these (subject to availability) with a $500 date-change fee if the change is made with less than 1 month's notice.

To offer peace of mind, if you need to cancel/change your booking for reasons beyond your control, such as COVID lockdowns, we offer a free date change or full refund under those circumstances regardless of the advance notice. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, however. We can perform with as little as 3 days prior notice, subject to availability.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We're based in Geelong, and happy to travel within the Geelong region at no additional cost (e.g. Surf Coast, Bellarine). For events further away, such as Melbourne or the Yarra Valley, we will charge an extra fee to cover our travel costs.
